Once you have completed one (1) year of service with at least 1,000 hours worked and have reached the age of 21, you become eligible to participate in the Moody Gardens 401(k) Retirement Plan.

Enrollment is available during the first open enrollment period following your one-year anniversary, either January 1st or July 1st.

Your Moody Gardens employee badge also serves as your Annual Pass while you are actively employed. This allows you complimentary access to eligible Moody Gardens attractions when presented with your valid employee badge and a photo ID, in accordance with company guidelines.

Employee badge privileges are for personal use only and are subject to all Moody Gardens policies and procedures.

Moody Gardens offers an 80/20 major medical insurance plan through the UnitedHealthcare provider network, giving employees access to a broad selection of doctors and healthcare facilities. Employees may choose from two plan options:

  • Option 1: Employer-paid premium plan
     
  • Option 2: Premium share plan
     

Both plans provide 100% coverage for preventive care, with no out-of-pocket cost to the employee.

Moody Gardens offers Sun Life Dental insurance with two plan options to meet employee needs:

  • Option 1: $1,000 annual maximum benefit
