For safety reasons, employees are required to follow all established animal handling and safety protocols. Unauthorized contact, feeding, teasing, or attempting to handle any animal is strictly prohibited unless specifically trained and approved to do so as part of job responsibilities.
Any animal-related concerns, unusual behavior, or incidents must be reported immediately to a supervisor or the appropriate department. Employees should never place themselves or others at risk by approaching wild or unfamiliar animals.
