Make sure Guests Know Your Name

A review of guest satisfaction surveys reveals that guests who mention an employee by name are two to three times more likely to give the highest rating. Introduce yourself, invite guests to ask for you personally if they need assistance, or write your name on a receipt. Remember to use their name in conversations too. It encourages them to remember your name.
